Nuestra Casa is a semi-detached bungalow (garages adjacent to each other) in a quiet and exceptionally spacious bungalow park in Denia. The atmosphere in this park is friendly, nice. We like to rent out to families with children and to people who like peace and quiet, but not to youth groups. The location is very favorable: close to the sandy beach and the center of Denia. The house contains three bedrooms for five people. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and there are two bedrooms with a total of three single beds. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave; the house is fully equipped. The whole is on the ground floor without stairs. We have furnished the house in a practical and 'light' way. There is always a sun or shade spot in front of and next to the house. In the evening you can enjoy beautiful sunsets in the covered naya.

We, Robbert and Andrea, bought our dream house in Denia in 2019. We have made it completely to our liking and now the moment has come that we want you to enjoy this.
The house is conveniently located near the beach (750 m) and the lively center of Denia (approximately 1 km), with its many shops, eateries and fast boat connection to Ibiza.
Within walking distance, five minutes, there are nice restaurants and bars. Behind the house is a beautiful cycling/walking path, the Via Verde.

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

Fine restaurants, such as café Soles, and at the harbor, 10 minutes by bike, lounge bar Zensa. In the center there is a lot of choice: Al Forn, on a nice square, the market halls with many small snacks, or Basta and El Republic on the harbor.
Very special is the presence within walking distance of a star restaurant.

The castle of Denia towers above the center, from where you have a beautiful view of the bay, the beaches and the town.

For the sporty types, there are various walks on and around the Montgo with beautiful views of the sea and inland. In addition, you can practice padel and tennis a few minutes from the house.

There are also several golf courses not far away, such as La Sella, Oliva and Javea.

You can also eat fresh herring: every Wednesday morning at the Dutch Association (5 min. walk).

And don't forget the fine sandy beach at 800 meters, with lifeguards here and there.
