villa, Torrox, Costa del Sol, Spain - Villa Luna Comares, Axarquía + Pool
Comfortable villa in the hills of the Axarquía area. Costa del Sol reachable in half an hour. Click on the photo to enlarge.
The grounds are quite spacious. At the back of the villa there is a separate laundry room where the washing machine is located. There is also a rotary dryer.
To the side of the Villa is an outdoor shower and a shaded area.
The property is completely fenced and has an entrance gate.
Relax by your private pool, what a luxury...
The covered porch has a gate to the pool with a view to child safety.
The porch has an extendable dining table. On the left you will see the entrance.
The veranda has a glass sliding door on the left side to keep out the wind for when the wind blows.
At the back of the living room is an extendable dining table with chairs.
Comfortable seating area. Thanks to satellite connection you have reception of Dutch TV channels. WIFI is of course possible in the villa!
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped.
Here you can cook, there is also a dining area in the living room.

Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Here you can see the second bedroom. The fixed crib can of course also be placed in the master bedroom if you wish.
The third bedroom can accommodate four people.
Bathroom with toilet for bedroom 2 and 3.
This is the en-suite bathroom of the master bedroom.
On the left side you can see the front door, this gives direct acces to the porch.
The sitting area has comfortable sofas. The fireplace has a heat fan and a nice extra: A heat passage to the master bedroom, wonderful for the winter.
In the background you can see the village of Comares. You can possibly. walk to it in about 25 minutes (uphill).
The views to the coast are wide and imposing. The fence you see is fenced off with wire mesh for safety.

Comares is a gem of a "pueblo blanco" is majestically situated with excellent panoramic views to the Costa del Sol. Truly a wonderful discovery and away from mass tourism. One and all geniality!

The living room with open kitchen is very spacious. The patio doors lead directly to the terrace, with garden and pool all on the same level.
Put on the candles.. lounging until the late hours
You can feel and sea the connection with the sea all the time
Only a part of the sun loungers... Sunbathe or laze under the large awning, overlooking the slightly salty swimming pool with comfortable built-in sofa.
The crispy white pool is heated in winter and filled with salt water, without chlorine. The water is always Caribbean blue.

The kitchen has the most modern equipment with only A brands. The dining table has a capacity for 8.
We also wanted to combine authentic with modern in the kitchen.
Only the best kitchen appliances: De L'onghi, Braun, Smeg, Siemens AEG etc.
We have a separate tap for filtered water. No more lugging plastic drinking water bottles.
