• Booking fees are paid as follows:

• 30% upon booking and 70% no later than 8 weeks before arrival including the deposit of €400

• 100% if the arrival date is within 8 weeks.

Cancel costs

• More than 8 weeks before arrival date 30% of the total amount.

• Within 8 weeks before arrival date 100% of the total amount.

Casa De la Colina is very well located at the foot of the mountain area of La Axarquia with a small stretch of dirt road / very easy to reach without climbing.

For Casa De La Colina, the number of guests allowed is a maximum of 8 + 1 baby up to 3 years old

It is not allowed to admit more guests to the house than specified in the booking and/or without consultation.

The landlord is not liable for any damage or accidents during your stay.
