Nicely decorated bright open plan living room with sofa bed for 2 people, IPTV, dining table for 4 people, modern open kitchen with hob, fridge / freezer, oven / microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and kettle. Through French doors you have access to the spacious terrace. Bedroom with double bed of 1.80 m. and built-in wardrobe Modern bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and a sink. There is air conditioning / heating in the living room and bedroom. There is free Wifi (fiber optic) Outside spacious terrace with 2 sunbeds and a dining table for 4 people, accessible from the living room. Offers beautiful views over the gardens of Capistrano Playa and the Playa Burriana. Via a beautiful walk through the garden past waterfalls and the lake you reach the Burriana beach.

There is a communal swimming pool and children's pool. Parking is available in the private parking garage or on the street. Due to the stairs, this accommodation is less suitable for disabled people.

We are Peter and Marianne and as Spain lovers we fell in love with Nerja years ago. The beautiful old center, the beautiful beaches and convenient location in relation to all the beauty that Andalucia has to offer made us fall in love. We love the sea, sun, good food, walking in nature, skiing and visiting beautiful cities. And that's all possible here! Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Deposit: €200
Down payment: 25% upon reservation, 75% 60 days before start.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
