Duplex penthouse located 150 meters from the beach in San Pedro, Marbella. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On both floors large terraces 160 m2 with sea view. Completely newly furnished and fully equipped. Optional is the use of the jacuzzi on the terrace upstairs.
The complex has two swimming pools and a very nice garden. Supermarket within walking distance.
The penthouse is very centrally located within walking distance of the village of San Pedro and various restaurants.

As for many it was a dream to own a place in a southern country. This I achieved and have come into the possession of a fabulous penthouse in southern of Spain in San Pedro, Marbella. We filter the pool through a keline waterfall, which of course also gives a lot of water fun.
The pool area can be closed with a gate. Safe for children or pets.
A pizza oven and a bbq to cook for showers....
....with a view of the swimming pool.
And if it gets too hot... a splash before dinner.
