The beautiful bright apartment is luxurious and comfortable, the general facilities can be called luxurious, infinity Saltwater swimming pool, sunbathing lawn and courtyard gardens with lounge sofas on the roof terrace.

The apartment has a south-west facing balcony, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a bright spacious living room and a modern open very well equipped kitchen with all luxury appliances. A laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided in the apartment. There is a flat-screen smart TV with Chromecast. Free WIFI. Air conditioning & heating available.

You can use the gym, a sports hall equipped with all modern sports equipment and weights. If desired, a cleaning lady can come by appointment.

Hola, I'm Gerda the owner of holiday apartment Recidencia Jardin del Rio.

We have been coming to (Southern) Spain for years and Andalusia in particular has stolen our hearts. Sun, sea and culture, with those 3 ingredients every stay is enjoyable. The Moorish influences, the delicious food, the beautiful beaches and the impressive cities, villages and golf courses.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
