87m2 of practically furnished living space combined with more than 90m2 of beautiful roof terrace and balcony will make your sun holiday unforgettable. The roof terrace has a dining area with gas bbq and 4 sun beds. You have a view of the golf course and the clubhouse on one side (2 minutes walking distance) and on the other side of the sea. When the weather is nice, you can even see Gibraltar. On the roof terrace, with outdoor shower, you can enjoy the peace and space, knowing that the beaches of Marbella are 10 minutes away by car. The penthouse has 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath. The 2 bedrooms (one with double beds and one with 2 single beds) both have a large built-in wardrobe and all rooms have air conditioning. From the living room you can also look at the sea.

La Finca residential complex has private parking for our guests and a beautiful (HEATED AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 2026) swimming pool, sun loungers with umbrellas and nice views of the mountains. The penthouse does not overlook the pool but has easy access to it.

Los Arqueros golf course is beautifully situated in a very nice, quiet and luxurious area just a 10-minute drive from other well-known golf courses, such as La Quinta. Los Arqueros is the first golf course designed by Severiano Ballesteros.

The location of the penthouse is ideal for golf enthusiasts, but also for beach worshippers. The penthouse is about a 15-minute drive from Puerto Banus or Marbella. The large beach of San Pedro de Alcantara, with its nice, cozy various restaurants located on the promenade and on the beach itself, is 10 minutes away by car.

Malaga and Gibraltar airports are each within 45 minutes.

I am Michael and since 2021 the proud owner of this lovely penthouse. I had the apartment completely restyled immediately after the purchase. The gigantic roof terrace immediately made a big impression. I was immediately sold by the fantastic sea and mountain views and being a stone's throw from the golf course clubhouse made me feel like I had to buy this penthouse. And to this day I don't regret it for a moment!

For arrivals later than 20:00, €50 is required for late check-in.
