The house is spread over 2 floors and is ideal for a relaxing holiday. With a great roof terrace and beautiful sea and mountain views. View of the African coast and Gibraltar. On the ground floor you will find a kitchen with all necessary equipment and a spacious living room with fireplace and large dining table.
Through the living room you can access the terrace below with a small plunge pool. On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and closet room. All rooms are very tastefully decorated and have air conditioning.

Behind the kitchen is a small courtyard with a cozy Spanish fountain and a spiral staircase that leads to the roof terrace. You can also access this terrace via a beautiful staircase in the living room that takes you to the 3rd bedroom. This spacious room also has a private bathroom, is adjacent to the roof terrace and has a beautiful view.
The roof terrace is fully furnished with a lounge corner and a spacious dining table and BBQ. The roof terrace is equipped with a pergola where you can enjoy the magnificent view over the Mediterranean Sea in the shade through 2 easy-to-operate awnings.

We deliberately bought this beautiful Townhouse in La Heredia to enjoy an atmospheric, quiet environment in a rustic mountain village 5 minutes away from the beach of San Pedro. With also 2 communal swimming pools you always have the opportunity to take a refreshing dip.
The boulevard of San Pedro is cozy as a boulevard should be with several affordable restaurants. Free parking along the boulevard. The old town of Marbella is a 15 minute drive away.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 4 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 3 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
