The apartment is on the first floor on the golf course with beautiful views over the valley and mountains and of course the sea coastline.
Large sunny terrace of 35 m2 and located out of the wind walking distance 2 min from Hotel Melia 5 *. Taxi pick-up point in front of the hotel.
Apartment is equipped with satellite TV with all Dutch channels / DVD player, radio and internet.
Entire apartment has air conditioning cold and warm.

Kitchen with washing machine / electric / hob / oven / dishwasher / microwave / fridge + freezer / bed linen also available.

There is also a kids club and spa center. Kids club has its own paddling playground and a basketball field. There is also a fitness room - beauty salon-massage salon and hairdresser / make up salon.

We have a VIP card where you get a discount on la Quinta everywhere. Also on the ski lessons and ski equipment (20%) in Sierra Navada about 2 1/2 drive from our apartment.

It is centrally located 10 min from Puerto Banus (marina Marbella).

We a couple with 2 children immediately fell in love with Spain and certainly Andalusia. We bought this apartment to settle there when we are of age, but we would like to let the tenants taste the peace and the beautiful location and the Andalusia atmosphere.
