Hello, my name is Reinier.
I am your host on site and I will make sure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The reception is as personal as possible until 23:00 and we are at your disposal for any questions from tenants. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Payment via Micazu Final Cleaning is an additional charge collected at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, the following conditions apply:
- If the cancellation is made more than 4 weeks before the arrival date, a penalty of 30% of the rental amount will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made less than 4 weeks before the arrival date, a penalty of 100% of the rental amount will be charged.
In case of non-show (NO SHOW), the tourist loses 100% of the rental amount.
