Our city apartment is located in the middle of San Pedro de Alcantara. The charm is that the apartment is in a quiet, typical Spanish street. Car-free, authentic but equipped with all conveniences. All rooms are air-conditioned, TV' with all international channels and have a modern bathroom. On the second floor you can relax on the spacious terrace with a drink, a BBQ and enjoy the Spanish sun with an unobstructed view of the mountain, La Concha. Well-known restaurants such as El Vencino and El Marquis, and the many tapas joints are within walking distance.
For the owner is his favorite trip. Less than an hour by bike via the boulevard from San Pedro to Puerto Banus and Marbella. Stroll along those cozy beach bars and light up for a nice cool glass of beer or a delicious dish. His favorite is Viktor's Bar located between Puerto Banus and Marbella. A sea bream from the grill with a nice glass of wine completes the day. We look forward to welcoming you!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Host only accepts bookings from families. A maximum of two adults per booking. Parties and gatherings are not allowed and it must be quiet between 23.00 - 07.00

Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
