From the terrace at the back of the house you have a beautiful view over the mountains and the sea.
The house has two floors, of which only the top floor is in use. In the future, we will also include the bottom floor, which is now only used for storage.

The garden is very spacious and has several seating areas, so you can always look for shade.

The terrace on the side of the living room has a long table with 8 chairs for fine dining and enjoying the sea views
From the kitchen you enter the side terrace where you can enjoy a sheltered breakfast, lunch and dinner. Especially in the hot summers, this is not an unnecessary luxury.
The beautiful entrance is a nice entrance, but you can also enter through the large gate, so you don't have to climb stairs. There is also room to park 2 cars behind the gate.

It is also wonderful to relax in the front garden in the hammock
The entrance has a coat rack and cupboard space with a laundry room with washing machine next to it
From the kitchen you enter the cozy living room with large dining table and a sitting area with fireplace.
Sitting area with TV, the sofa is also a sofa bed of 140 cm wide
The new kitchen was completed in December and is fully equipped.
There is plenty of space to prepare delicious dishes

There is an additional separate toilet in the hallway
Bedroom 1 with a bed of 180cm wide
Bedroom 2 with 2 beds of 90cm wide. The beds are electrically adjustable.
The spacious, modern bathroom with shower offers plenty of space.

The bathroom has a hair dryer and several sockets
The 8x4 meter swimming pool is very private and has space for several sunbeds

Here's the beautiful spacious walk-in shower, which had been on our wish list for a long time, can now finally realize. Such a luxury :-))

The guest bedroom, also this is a spacious bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Windows are equipped with a turn / tilt mechanism, a fly screen and a roller shutter.

Also here a very nice walk-in shower.
Both bathrooms have been completely renovated and now all 2 have a nice walk-in shower. The completely renewed style exudes luxury, comfort, but also a very relaxed atmosphere. We are very happy with it and hope you will feel the same way :-))
You drive into the yard without problems and park the car safely on closed terrain.
Parking is right next to the house, very handy for luggage and groceries.
Everything completely flat, without stairs, ideal even if you are less agile.
Access gate to Villa Flamenco, everything securely closed and very practical.
