Villa Olga: a traditional Spanish villa, beautifully situated in Carrio, a relaxing urbanization in Calpe. If you are looking for a well-located holiday home, yet quiet, then this private villa is a great choice.

Villa Olga offers a spacious living space that radiates the cozy atmosphere of Spain. Relax on the sofa or read the newspaper in one of the two seats. Enjoy the Spanish outdoors all year round. However, in winter it can get a bit chilly in the evenings. Then everyone come together and put an extra log in the fireplace.

Furthermore, the villa is equipped with all amenities, such as free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen satellite TV with TV Vlaanderen, air conditioning and an 8-seater dining table.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary built-in appliances including a refrigerator with freezer, hob, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc.

In the main villa there are the first two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and a built-in wardrobe. The other bedroom has 1 double bed and a sofa bed, so this bedroom can accommodate 4 people. This bedroom also has air conditioning. The spacious bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

The other two bedrooms and bathroom are adjacent to the house but can be reached via the covered terrace. The modern master bedroom has a double bed, Ibiza style wardrobe, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. In this bathroom you will find a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Adjacent to this bedroom you will find another room with a sofa. This is a sofa bed suitable for two people.

For a completely relaxing holiday, come in, close the door and let your mind wander on one of the sunbeds and laze around the pool sipping your favorite cocktails and cooling off. The pool can be heated upon request (see information below).

And that's not all. Enjoy the long summer evenings together while grilling fresh fish and delicious meat on the barbecue in the outdoor kitchen.

To make your holiday as comfortable as possible, you can use the washing machine, there is ample parking on site for several cars. And you can also enjoy the roof terrace.

1: Well behaved pets are allowed. Surcharge: €50 per pet.
2: Smoking is NOT allowed in this home.
3: Your stay includes 400 kWh per week. Additional consumption is € 0.35/kwh.
4: To prevent fire hazards, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!

The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 10. Surcharge: €20 per night, payable upon arrival.
