Beautiful spacious detached luxury villa with private pool and air conditioning set on 1,300 m2 of terrain in a wooded area and close to the sea on a rocky bay.

Layout of the villa:
Living room with satellite TV (Astra 19 + 23), dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with bath, separate 3rd toilet, kitchen with pantry, private pool and tropical garden. Equipped with air conditioning. Two bedrooms have patio doors to their own terrace. From the living and dining room direct access to the naya (covered terrace) and the large terrace with swimming pool. Here is also the outdoor kitchen and BBQ. The entire villa is ground floor without thresholds.
Casa Granadella is located in the quiet residential area of ??Ambolo and is fully equipped, including internet. Cala Ambolo Beach is less than 2 km from the house. Playa Arenal and the seafront are a 5-minute drive away.

My wife and I rent with pleasure Casa Granadella in Javea on the Costa Blanca in Spain and Villa Mignonne in Bargemon in Provence in France. We live in Utrecht and we like to stay in both houses at times when they are not rented.

Explanation of prices

It is mandatory to purchase a linen package per person - consisting of a towel, washcloth, bath towel, bath towel, kitchen towel, tea towel and bed linen. Only the costs of dry cleaning for final cleaning are charged, the use itself is free. A linen package costs €17.50 per person.
Final cleaning costs (mandatory) amount to € 130.
The costs for final cleaning and linen packages must be paid with the 2nd payment.
The deposit is €600. This must be transferred with the second payment. The deposit - minus any settlements - will be refunded to your account within one week after the end.
You must pay 25% of the total amount when booking. You must pay the remainder - as well as the deposit, linen pack costs and final cleaning costs - no later than 6 weeks before the start.
In weeks 45 to 52 and 1 to 13, electricity consumption will be charged extra. This also applies to excessive use of the air conditioning. This will be done on the basis of the meter readings. The price per kWh is € 0.25. During this period, a gas consumption of 330 liters per 4 weeks is also assumed, or 5 bottles of 33 kg per 4 weeks. With normal use this is more than sufficient. If more is consumed, this additional consumption will be deducted from the deposit.
If you cancel up to 6 weeks before the start, the deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel up to 6 weeks before the reserved start, you will owe the total amount.
