It is mandatory to purchase a linen package per person - consisting of a towel, washcloth, bath towel, bath towel, kitchen towel, tea towel and bed linen . Only the costs of the dry cleaning for the final cleaning are charged, the use itself is free of charge. A linen package costs € 25,= per person. 
Costs for the final cleaning (mandatory) are € 140,=. 
The costs for the final cleaning and the linen packages must be paid at the 2nd payment. 
The deposit is € 600,-. This must be transferred with the second payment. The deposit - minus any settlements - will be refunded to your account within a week after expiration.  
You must pay 25% of the total amount at the time of booking. No later than 6 weeks before the start you must pay the remainder - and the deposit, linen suits and final cleaning costs. 
In weeks 45 to 52 and 1 to 13, the consumption of electricity will be charged extra. This is also the case with excessive use of the air conditioning. This will be done on the basis of the meter readings. The price per kWh is € 0.25. During this period, a gas consumption of 330 liters per 4 weeks is also assumed, or 5 bottles of 33 kg per 4 weeks. With normal use, this is more than sufficient. If more is consumed, this additional consumption will be deducted from the deposit.
In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start, the deposit will not be refunded, in case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the reserved start you owe the total amount.
