The beach house is located 1st line 80 meters from the beautiful sandy beach "Les Bovetes" and at Km 4 from the center of Dénia.
This 90 m2 house has a spacious living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, modern kitchen (equipped with all conveniences such as a dishwasher). Everything on the ground floor.
There is also a spacious garden (total area private property 300 m2) and roof terrace. Suitable for 4 people and fully air-conditioned.
Equipped with fast fiber optic internet via Wifi (300 Mbps) and a smart TV with Dutch channels via Canal Digital (including sports).
There is also a washing machine and parking for 2 cars (1 covered) on site.

Environment:
The location is suitable for a wonderful beach holiday with a beautiful flat sloping sandy beach on the doorstep and the cosiness of Dénia around the corner. Dénia has numerous bars, terraces, restaurants and entertainment venues. The center and the cozy harbor are only 4 kilometers away.
Dénia and its surroundings are also known for its sports. For example, you can walk and cycle extensively in the area on both a flat area and the beautiful mountain and nature reserve the Montgo and Jalon Valley. There are several golf courses nearby. Dénia has many cycling opportunities (including the former railway to Gandia, the Via Verde) and water sports such as a canoe trip to the ancient caves and the many sailing, (speed) boat and water scooter rental options.
In short: something for everyone.

Accessibility:
Dénia is easy to reach from the airports of Alicante and Valencia (both at 90 km), From the station of Dénia there is a good and cheap Metro every hour to and from Calpe, Benidorm, Alicante and Alicante airport.
There is also a good and cheap bus connection along the coast that will take you to the center of Dénia in no time.

A stay of up to 10 days is considered tourist accommodation (Law 15/2018 and Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana). Stays of 11 days or more are considered seasonal rentals (Law 9/2024 and Law 29/1994 of the Generalitat Valenciana).

We bought this beach house in 2018 because we think Dénia is a wonderful place. We also love fun, the beach and good food. In addition to beautiful beaches and a cozy atmosphere, Dénia also has many sports opportunities. We are happy to rent out this holiday home on the Costa Blanca to offer holidaymakers an unforgettable holiday in wonderful Dénia.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices include bed linen, towels, electricity, gas and final cleaning. Internet (300 Mbps) is offered free of charge.

Minimum rental period 7 nights. Winter rental (November 1 - March 31) minimum 120 nights.
Deviations possible due to arrangements and remaining days.

Not a youth group. The main tenant must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellation by the tenant must always be made in writing with acknowledgement of receipt. The following rules apply:

If cancelled within 48 hours of booking (only if the booking is at least 15 days before arrival): 100% refund.
For the rental period 1 April – 30 September:
If cancelled 15 days or more before arrival: 50% refund.
For the rental period 1 October – 31 March:
If cancelled 90 days or more before arrival: 50% refund.
If cancelled 15-90 days before arrival: 25% refund.
In all other cases: no refund.
If you do not arrive within 24 hours of the agreed date without further notice (no-show) or you leave early, it will be considered a cancellation without refund and the accommodation will become available for new rental.

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance for the rental period.
