This beautiful and sunny villa with private pool is located in a very quiet area, close to nature in Jávea. With 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the villa offers more than enough space for 6 people. This holiday home is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with beautiful palm trees and a large swimming pool (10 x 5m). Located close to nice restaurants and bars and only 5 minutes away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe, Playa Granadella with clear turquoise water.

The cozy living room has a cozy fireplace, satellite / smart TV with all Dutch channels and WiFi. A covered outdoor terrace to make the most of the beautiful weather, including a dining and lounge area to completely relax or to chill out until late in the evening.

There is a kitchen with all the comforts of home, such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender, juicer etc. In the utility room there is a washing machine, dryer and ironing board.

- 1 spacious double bedroom (master bedroom) with luxury box-spring beds, air conditioning, large wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom

This beautiful villa of over 170m2 has air conditioning (cold and warm) and for the winter months there is also central heating throughout the house. Of course there is also free WiFi (also works well on the terrace and by the pool).

- The area offers many opportunities for activities such as tennis, golf (2 courses), horse riding, mountain biking, aqua park, karting, diving, fishing, snorkeling and various other water sports (sailing, surfing, water / jet skiing, kayaking).
