The holiday home is part of a small-scale and quiet park with 22 terraced houses. Each with its own terrace. There is a large centrally located swimming pool right in front of the private terrace. The swimming pool is maintained daily and the park is walled and closed with gates (less susceptible to burglary). WiFi and private parking available. Many famous places on the Costa Blanca can be visited from Moraira. In the immediate vicinity of Calpe, Altea and Denia. But Valencia and Benidorm are also easy to reach by car.

Moraira is a charming seaside resort on the Costa Blanca. The former fishing village has become one of the most important tourist centers in the region. Yet Moraira has managed to retain its original charm. You will not find any excessive hotel and apartment complexes and the town exudes a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. Here reigns the authentic tranquility of the Spanish coast, where the sun always shines and where no one is in a hurry. It is not without reason that many Dutch people choose to spend the winter here. A holiday home in Moraira is also an ideal base for exploring the town and the surrounding area. The center of Moraira is located around the fashionable marina. One look at the expensive yachts and you will understand why the seaside resort is also called 'the Saint-Tropez of the Costa Blanca'. Moraira has a beautiful boulevard, with the sun-drenched beach on one side and a wide choice of shops, terraces and restaurants on the other. In the center, some houses are reminiscent of the time when the inhabitants still lived entirely from fishing. Although that is now a lot less, local fishermen still go out to sea every day. There's a good chance that their catch will be on your plate the same day! You can also make many nice trips from Moraira. A city trip to Valencia, for example. Or visit one of the other nice towns in the region, such as Calpe, Denia or Altea.
