Finca Vuyatela is located in the middle of nature bordering the Río de Gorgos and Tossal Gros Natural Park. Yet it is only 10 minutes to Jávea (Xàbia in Valencian), the Arenal boulevard or the old village center. Javea is located at the intersection of Valencia-Alicante-Ibiza on the Costa Blanca.

The Finca Vuyatela estate on over one hectare of land is in a unique location. Beautiful views and sea views, vineyards, olive and almond orchards and much more. There are many shade and sun spots on the estate to watch the first morning sun, lounge with a book, or enjoy the sublime view with a glass. In Jávea and the surrounding area there are beaches, beautiful bays, picturesque restaurants and pleasant boulevards. Hospitality and personal attention are of course a given at finca Vuyatela.

The 'Ibizan style' Finca also offers 3 other double apartment suites. Two suites have a kitchenette. All suites were completely renovated in autumn 2018 with a completely new design and aimed at ultimate comfort for guests. Art also plays an important role. Sea view from the terrace and some suites. Of course a lovely private swimming pool for our guests as well as a huge 'garden'.

The owners also live on the estate in the nearby house. Privacy for guests is guaranteed. As with French chambre d'hotes, guests can take advantage of the opportunity to sit down for an excellent dinner. A delicious three-course menu can be prepared on request. Patries (with her 25 years of catering experience) makes the tastiest dishes with fresh products from the local markets. Guests also find it wonderful and relaxing to be able to stay 'home' in the evening after a 'busy' beach or cultural day.

Patries and Carel both have years of experience with and in Spain. In addition to family vacations in their youth, they have also lived and worked there since 2002. The environment of the Costa Blanca is well known to them. Together they have a background in art, catering, sales and yacht brokerage. Both are avid golfers. With their quads or jeep they like to explore the hinterland of the Costa Blanca and take long walks with their golden retriever.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

We do not charge you any additional (hidden) costs. Towels, pool / beach towels, soap, shampoo and shower foam are provided in all rooms. Furthermore, a Nespresso machine and kettle and a free base of coffee cups, tea, wine, water, beer and soft drinks. Of course, the suite has an individually controlled air conditioner, a hair dryer, WiFi and a private fridge.
