If you are looking for some sun for your next holiday, I offer you my charming house in Spain. On the Costa Blanca, part of the coast that has remained unspoiled.

House with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (one bedroom with a 140 cm bed and two bedrooms with 90 cm beds that can be separated or pushed together)

Stunning views of the bay of Denia

Location & Access

Located 1 hour and 15 minutes from Valencia and Alicante airports, the house is 12 km from the beaches, accessible without traffic jams. You'll be close to golf courses, good restaurants, bars, shops, and a vibrant nightlife. Supermarkets 5 minutes drive away, as well as local markets and typical handicrafts.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If for any reason the renter wishes to cancel the booking, they must always confirm this by e-mail to the owner (even if they have already communicated it by phone, for example).

The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of the tenant's written cancellation:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and 60th day before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only informs on the day of the start or during the rental period that he does not wish to use the rented property, he remains liable for the total amount of the rental.
