At and around the pool there is space to place your lounger in the sun. But also pay attention to the beautiful view of Benitachell.
Please fold the easy-to-operate giant parasol when the wind is too strong and of course also at the end of the day.
We have had a children's gate installed on our terrace so that the little ones cannot only end up at the pool area. Children are only allowed to enter the swimming pool when accompanied.
The living room is spacious. Two large sofas, a Spanish wooden table with chairs to eat at or work on and an additional dining area near the kitchen. There is also a beautiful chandelier that creates a special atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the fireplace can't be lit yet. A cassette will be released in the autumn. At the moment, the drainage is not yet in order.

There is also a large refrigerator on the terrace. Your chilled drink is always within reach.

The kitchen is simple, clean and well equipped. A large refrigerator, a new gas stove and a good dishwasher.

The dishwasher willingly assists you. Don't forget to regularly throw salt, rinse aid and anti-limescale tablets in the washing machine and dishwasher. This keeps the pipes in good condition.
In the evening the view from the naya is also beautiful of Benitachell and its church.
The first bedroom is for two people. Plenty of closet space, pool views, shutters and centrally controlled air conditioning.

The third bedroom with bathroom en suite is very spacious and has a large balcony with a seat and a nice view. This room also has its own air conditioning.
From the bedroom there is also a beautiful view and a lovely large balcony where you can dry your laundry.

Jalón (Xaló in Valencian) is a pleasant town on the Costa Blanca. It’s located a short distance inland, not far from Benissa, which means that Jalón is the perfect place for both peace and quiet and a beach holiday in Spain.
