This single-storey detached villa radiates peace and serenity . When you enter, the villa, attractively furnished by the Dutch owners, immediately creates a welcome feeling. Take a dip in the private swimming pool (kidney-shaped 8m x 4m x 2m) or enjoy cooking in the lovely outdoor kitchen . Fancy a day at the beach? The lovely sandy beach of Moraira is just 2.6 km away. From here you can walk straight into the nice Spanish village with several tasty restaurants and bars.

Inside Villa Mimosa
Villa Mimosa is suitable for six people and is entirely on the ground floor . The cozy living room has air conditioning , TV with Dutch channels, pellet stove, dining area and sitting area. From here you can easily walk into the kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, 4-burner hob, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle and Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee maker . The villa has three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 both have a double bed (160 x 200), window mosquitoes and air conditioning. Bedroom 3 has a pull-out bed of 160-200 cm, en suite bathroom, air conditioning and window mosquitoes. There are two bathrooms. Bathroom 1 has a shower, toilet, double sink and hairdryer. Bathroom 2 (en suite) has a shower, toilet and sink. There is also WiFi, a washing machine , a dryer and heating. The house has recently been fitted with solar panels .

Outside at Villa Mimosa
Villa Mimosa has a spacious private swimming pool with 6 sun beds. The swimming pool is 8 x 4 m and slopes from 110 cm to 210 cm. From the cozy covered private terrace you have a view over the swimming pool and the beautiful surroundings. On the other side of the terrace you will find the outdoor kitchen with sink, bar and built-in coal barbecue . This villa also has an outdoor shower. There is room for three cars in the very spacious private parking lot.

Particularities
- Arrival and departure are permitted on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings. In July/August there is a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
- We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

Stay in the winter months
Villa Mimosa is suitable for winter stays. The house is heated by central heating, pellet stove and air conditioning with heat function. Costs for gas are €35 per week, if you use more than 1 gas bottle per week, you will pay the additional consumption on site. A bag of pellet pellets is available locally for approximately €9 per bag. In the winter months, 75 kWh (electricity) per week is included, with additional consumption (via meter) the costs are € 0.40 per kWh. Please contact us for the latest rates and availability.
