Arriving at villa Pendulo
What could be better than a refreshing dip in between sunbathing. With a 10-metre swimming pool, there's nothing stopping you.
Lounging like a pro. The outdoor kitchen and therefore the refrigerator are only a few steps away.
The outdoor kitchen has a large fridge and a Broil King BBQ. In other words... Grill and then dine at the king-size table.
Preparing a BBQ is a piece of cake with such a kitchen.

Too hot to exercise? Chess should still be possible, right?
With the splashing of the fountain in the backyard, the holiday feeling can't go wrong.

On the 1st floor there is room for eight people at the dining table. From there there is a view over the beautiful surroundings.

From the terrace at the back of the house you have a beautiful view over the mountains and the sea.
The house has two floors, of which only the top floor is in use. In the future, we will also include the bottom floor, which is now only used for storage.

The garden is very spacious and has several seating areas, so you can always look for shade.

The terrace on the side of the living room has a long table with 8 chairs for fine dining and enjoying the sea views
From the kitchen you enter the side terrace where you can enjoy a sheltered breakfast, lunch and dinner. Especially in the hot summers, this is not an unnecessary luxury.
The beautiful entrance is a nice entrance, but you can also enter through the large gate, so you don't have to climb stairs. There is also room to park 2 cars behind the gate.

From the kitchen you enter the cozy living room with large dining table and a sitting area with fireplace.

The new kitchen was completed in December and is fully equipped.

Bedroom 1 with a bed of 180cm wide
Bedroom 2 with 2 beds of 90cm wide. The beds are electrically adjustable.

The 8x4 meter swimming pool is very private and has space for several sunbeds
