We have furnished our Spanish Casa comfortably with Dutch accents intended for family, friends, acquaintances and guests. The Casa is equipped with central heating for the cooler months and the bedrooms are all equipped with the latest air conditioning. In recent years we have installed double glazing and, among other things, the swimming pool has been re-tiled and an extra terrace constructed. For home workers, there is fast internet (fiber) in and around the casa. In the Casa, the daily necessities are ready for you to make you feel immediately at home. The next project will be heating the swimming pool with solar panels from November to April.
You will be received by our Dutch manager, so no language problems.
Around the Casa you have several terraces and a large swimming pool of 8 by 4 meters (renovated in 2022) with outdoor shower (hot and cold water). There are six sunbeds at your disposal. The upstairs apartment has a sitting room, conservatory (naya), two double bedrooms, open kitchen and a shower with toilet. The Casa has one double bedroom on the ground floor with a sitting room, shower with toilet and a small kitchen. You always rent the entire Casa . Privacy is therefore guaranteed. If you go with another couple, the separate entrances still give you privacy if you need it. We have the washing machine and an extra refrigerator in the storage room.
The conservatory (naya) offers a beautiful unobstructed view of the city and coast and you can dream away. On the terrace, the large permanent barbecue is waiting for you to enjoy a nice Spanish piece of meat or fish in the evening (perhaps from the local fish market).
You have the option of limited bicycle rental (2 folding bicycles and/or 2 mountain bikes). For other bicycle/scooter rental, there are several rental companies in Calpe.
If you don't want to cook, which we can of course understand very well during your holiday, then the more than 200 restaurants from simple to star restaurants offer you plenty of choice. It is wonderful to stay in the old village and discover the culinary gems in the somewhat hidden squares and narrow streets. The beach on two sides of the Penon with the very long attractive boulevards of Calpe is only a few minutes away from the Casa by car, here you will also find many restaurants and terraces. Don't forget to watch the arrival of the fishing boats. A little later you can find the fish on your plate in a restaurant or at the local supermarket. The Casa is not rented to groups and for a maximum of 4 weeks per booking.
