We have decorated our Spanish Casa with Dutch accents intended for family, friends, acquaintances and guests. The Casa is equipped with central heating for the cooler months and the bedrooms are all equipped with the latest air conditioners. In recent years we have used double glazing and the swimming pool has been re-tiled and an extra terrace has been constructed. We have an 8x4 meter swimming pool that can take up to 26gr. is heated from approx. end of September to April/May. For home workers, there is fast internet (fiber) in and around the casa. In the Casa, the daily things are ready for you to feel right at home.
You will be welcomed by our Dutch administrator, so no language problems.
Around the Casa you have several terraces and a large swimming pool of 8 by 4 meters (renovated in 2022) with outdoor shower (hot and cold water) There are six sunbeds at your disposal. The upstairs apartment has a sitting room, conservatory (naya), two double bedrooms, open kitchen and a shower with toilet. Make-up/ shaving mirror and a hair dryer. The Casa has one double bedroom on the ground floor with a sitting room, shower with toilet and a small kitchen. You always rent the entire Casa. Privacy is therefore guaranteed. If you go with another couple, you still have privacy if you need it because of the separate entrances. In the storage room we have the washing machine and an extra refrigerator.
The conservatory (naya) offers a magnificent unobstructed view over the city and coast and you can dream away. On the terrace, the large barbecue is waiting for you to enjoy a nice Spanish piece of meat or fish in the evening (perhaps from the local fish auction).
You have the possibility of a limited bicycle rental (2 folding bicycles and/or 2 mountain bikes) for other bicycles/scooter rentals there are several rental companies in Calpe.
If you don't want to cook, which we can of course understand very well during your holiday, then the more than 200 restaurants from simple to star restaurants offer you plenty of choice. The old village is a wonderful place to stay, and discover the culinary gems on the somewhat hidden squares and narrow streets. The beach on two sides of the Penon with the very long atmospheric boulevards of Calpe is only a few minutes away from the Casa by car. Here too you will find many restaurants and terraces. Don't forget to watch the entry of the fishing boats. A little later you can find the fish on your plate in a restaurant or at the local supermarket.
