With 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the villa offers more than enough space for 8 people. This holiday home is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with beautiful palm trees and a large swimming pool (10 x 5m). Located close to nice restaurants and bars and only 5 minutes away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe, Playa Granadella with clear turquoise water.

In the cozy living room with open kitchen, satellite / smart TV with all Dutch channels and WiFi. A covered terrace to fully enjoy the beautiful weather, shade under the palm trees, lounge chairs by the pool, including cozy outdoor kitchen with BBQ to relax completely or to chill until late in the evening.

There is a kitchen with all the comforts of home, such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, juicer etc. In a separate room is a washing machine and drying rack.

- Sandy beach (Arenal) and the boulevard with cozy restaurants, bars and shops within 10 minutes drive.
- Nearest beaches Granadella (pebble) and Ambolo (sand pebble) with clear turqoise water 5 minutes away.
- Within walking distance is a small supermarket and tasty fresh bakery, a little further away are 3 large supermarkets.
- The area offers many possibilities for activities such as (racing) cycling Cumbre del Sol and the Montgo Massif, mountain biking, sailing, wave surfing, SUP, yoga, jet skiing, kayaking, tennis, golf (2 courses), horseback riding, aquapark, karting, diving, fishing, snorkeling, hiking and various activities.
