CASA JUDAMILE is a great holiday villa located on Benissa Costa, near the sea, with sea views and 5 minutes away from Moraira and less than 10 minutes from Calpe.
The villa has been completely renovated, is located on a quiet road and has a large fully walled beautiful planted garden on the south, with lots of privacy, shaded areas, large swimming pool where you can even dive (at deepest part 2.30m), swimming pool surrounded by beautiful lawn, separately heated jacuzzi and outdoor shower. You enter the villa through an electrically opening entrance gate with ample parking from where you enter the main entrance via a wide staircase where there is a spacious living room / large kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, double fridge, nespresso machine, toaster, kettle / 1 large double bedroom with separate bath and 1 bathroom with toilet and sink. From the kitchen you enter through the patio doors to a spacious terrace of 25m2 with beautiful (sea) views, 8-person dining table and large electric awning over the entire width.
On the ground floor you have a separate living room with utility room / refrigerator, 2 double bedrooms, 2 luxury bathrooms with private toilet, 1 of which is ensuite. From this floor, you can sit under a covered terrace with ceiling fan and walk straight into a beautiful garden with lots of grass, beautiful plants and lots of privacy. There are luxurious sun beds, sitting areas, double umbrella and barbeque.
Of course, all rooms are equipped with air conditioners that both cool and heat. The villa has a good fiber optic connection with excellent working wifi. Each bathroom also has a hair dryer and there is an iron + board in the villa.
As of March 2024, we have enriched our villa with a beautiful outdoor kitchen (incl. sink, refrigerator, griddle & microwave) and a lovely spacious lounge area with sunscreen.
Charging option for electric car in the driveway of private property is available.
The villa has mosquito nets, sunscreens inside and shutters all around.
Due to its good south-facing location, the villa is also ideal for a stay in the colder months.
There is a lot of sun in the house and can be heated with the air conditioning if necessary.
The villa is not rented to groups of young people. Parties and celebrations not allowed. Pets in consultation. Smoking is not allowed inside.
