The house has a large sitting room, a nice dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor. The self-contained ground floor apartment has a living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.
The villa has a fenced plot with a private swimming pool of 8m x 4m with outdoor shower, several terraces, one of which is covered and a spectacular outdoor kitchen with bar and barbecue.

In 1998 I moved from the Netherlands to Spain to enjoy the Mediterranean way of life.

Explanation of prices

Rental conditions for Villa CarMar Electricity, water and gas are included in the rental price. A fair use policy applies. Smoking is not permitted in the house, pets are not allowed unless prior written permission has been given by the owner. BBQs are only allowed in the outdoor kitchen. For an additional fee, bed linen and towels can be changed on a day of your choice during your stay (€15.00 per person). Cleaning during your holiday is possible. Costs are €15.00 per hour. Free cancellation by the tenant is only possible if it is prohibited by the government to travel to Spain and back to the Netherlands and in the event of health problems of one of the travelers in the party . In that case, 100% of the (down) payment will be returned to the tenant. Cancellation must be reported, with proof, by e-mail to Inge de Jong. If the tenant cancels for reasons other than those mentioned above, the deposit will not be returned to the tenant and the tenant is obliged to pay the full rental amount. Travel/cancellation insurance may be available for this purpose. If the tenant does not use the holiday accommodation or leaves it earlier, no refund will be given under any circumstances. Arrival at the holiday accommodation takes place between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM unless otherwise agreed. The holiday accommodation must be vacated no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure (possibly later in consultation). A deposit must be paid upon arrival as stated in the rental agreement. This will be reimbursed via the bank no later than 7 days after departure, after deduction of any costs for the repair of damage found to the apartment and/or the roof terrace caused by the tenant.
