Welcome to Costa Blanca, take a look at this cozy luxury villa located in Daya Nueva in the province of Alicante. A perfect location if you like a quieter environment but still close to the popular places.

Within walking distance you will find everything you need in the village.
At 10-15 minutes by car: Several coastal towns, including Benijofar, Almoradi, Quesada, ... close by where you have wonderful restaurants and beautiful views.

The villa consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Open kitchen, in the living room a double sofa bed. On the first floor there is a large terrace with a wonderful view of the mountains in the distance and downstairs there is a terrace of no less than 83 m2. Outside you can count on every comfort with a heated swimming pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers, lounge, ...

My name is Fanny, since August 2022 I am the proud owner of this Villa. Every time I come to Spain I discover new things. Always be surprised by beautiful nature, friendly people and delicious food and this much cheaper than at home. The house is equipped with all comforts to enjoy. We have 2 teenage daughters who especially enjoy the swimming pool and laze outside or exercise for a long time. The sun is present almost every day of the year.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

This photo was taken with a drone, you can see the surroundings of the holiday home. Find peace and quiet in Daya Nueva. In the village and the village next to Daya Vieja you can still enjoy cozy terraces away from the tourist crowds. Especially in high season I love being able to go back to our house after a busy day among the tourists. In the evening we usually eat in Benijofar, 8 minutes away, where you will find restaurants and bars à volontè.
