The villa has been furnished with great care, attention to detail and high-quality materials:
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Two spacious, attractive bedrooms with lovely box springs (180x200 cm). The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and dressing room. The second bedroom has built-in wardrobes and uses the second bathroom. Both bathrooms have a modern walk-in shower and toilet. In the living room there is a quality sofa bed, ideal for two children.
Bright living space: Enjoy the Spanish light through the large sliding window. Relax on the comfortable sofa with the Smart TV (including Chromecast and TV Vlaanderen for all your favorite channels) or take a seat at the spacious dining table.
Kitchen for bon vivants: The modern open kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, Dolce Gusto, kettle and toaster. Even a Plancha for a delicious outdoor lunch is ready!
☀️ Outdoor life the Spanish way
On the Costa Blanca you live outside! Through the sliding doors you can step onto the terrace for a refreshing dip in your own pool. Take a seat on the sunbeds or find shade under the electric sun canopy.
Through the internal staircase you reach the impressive solarium (60 m²). This is the ultimate place for an aperitif at sunset, an extensive dinner at the large dining table or a cozy barbecue on the Boretti charcoal grill. In the storage room upstairs you will also find a washing machine, drying rack and ironing facilities.

Villa Xantos is located in a quiet area just 100 meters from the cozy village center of Daya Vieja. You can walk here for fresh sandwiches at the bakery, a coffee on the village square or an authentic Spanish tapas at the local bars. 50 meters away you will find a football field, two padel courts and a public swimming pool.
Beach & Nature (10 min): The golden sandy beaches and dunes of Guardamar del Segura (12 km long!).
Charming towns (5-10 min): Discover Rojales, Benijófar and San Fulgencio with their many top restaurants.
Shopping & Entertainment: Stroll through the impressive open-air shopping center La Zenia Boulevard or visit the daily Spanish markets.
