Villa Xantos – Your ideal holiday home on the Costa Blanca

Villa Xantos is located in the picturesque village of Daya Vieja on the southern Costa Blanca. Located just a 30-minute drive from Alicante airport and 50 minutes from Murcia airport, this modern semi-detached villa with private pool offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The property is located in a quiet urbanization with only new build properties.

Comfortable and stylish furnishings

The villa has two luxuriously furnished bedrooms, each equipped with box springs (180x200 cm). The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room, while the second bedroom is equipped with built-in wardrobes and a separate bathroom. Both bathrooms are finished to a high standard with a bathroom furniture, walk-in shower and toilet. For extra sleeping space, there is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, perfectly suited for two children.
The modern kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. In addition, there are additional appliances such as a juicer, toaster, Dolce Gusto machine, kettle and a Plancha for cozy outdoor meals.

Spacious and bright living space

The living room, with plenty of natural light thanks to the large sliding window, features a spacious dining table for six, a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV with Chromecast. The TV is also equipped with the TV Vlaanderen app, so you have access to your favorite Dutch-language channels. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace and the private pool.

Enjoy the outdoors

The terrace features a private swimming pool of 5 x 2.5 meters with fountain and an outdoor shower. You can dine at the picnic bench, relax in the designer chairs or soak up the sun on the sun loungers. For extra shade, there is an electric sun awning.
Through the internal staircase you reach the first floor, where there is a storage room with a washing machine and other household necessities, such as a drying rack, vacuum cleaner and iron. The stairs also lead to a spacious solarium of 60 m². Here you can relax in the lounge chairs, dine at the dining table for six or barbecue on the Boretti charcoal barbecue.

Personal service and amenities

Upon arrival and departure, you will be welcomed by a Dutch-speaking keyholder, who will provide you with all the necessary information. If desired, groceries can be arranged for you in advance, so that you can enjoy your holiday immediately.

Ideal location

Villa Xantos is quietly located, just 100 meters from the village of Daya Vieja. Here you will find everything you need: a bakery, pharmacy, local supermarket, cozy bars and authentic Spanish restaurants. Just 50 meters from the villa are a football field, two padel courts and a public swimming pool.
In the vicinity there are numerous activities and sights to discover. Within a five minute drive you can reach places such as Rojales, San Fulgencio and Benijofar. The beautiful beaches of Guardamar del Segura are only 10 kilometers away and offer 12 kilometers of fine sand, beautiful parks and numerous restaurants.

Above all, enjoy the tranquility that our house has to offer! If you want, you can visit the busier places in the vicinity.
Sports enthusiasts can enjoy various golf courses, water parks, water sports activities, tennis, padel, karting, hiking and cycling. For shopping enthusiasts, there are daily markets and the impressive La Zenia Boulevard, the largest open-air shopping centre in Europe.

Extra option: family car

We also offer a spacious family car for five people, available at Alicante airport. This can be booked separately during your stay.
