Casa Roos is located in the idyllic Spanish village of Rojales, right on the Rio de Segura.
This sunny and modern furnished apartment is a wonderful holiday address.

Everything is within walking distance. The nice restaurants Nolos and Unico are located directly behind the apartment and you walk along the Segura to several cozy terraces.

Casa Roos has two spacious bedrooms, a fresh bathroom with walk-in shower and a cozy living room with the outdoor terrace.

The kitchen is spacious and has a separate room for the washing machine.

Casa Roos has a very spacious roof terrace (7 x 7 meters) on the second floor where there is plenty of sun and you have a beautiful view over the village and the Rio de Segura.

There is a lovely lounge set, sunbeds and a dining table with chairs. Of course there is WiFi and Dutch TV channels with a (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) TV.

Casa Roos is located in a very quiet and very friendly part of Rojales. There is plenty of free parking space directly at the apartment. The Marqueza golf course is 1.5 kilometres away.

There is also a large swimming pool within a 10-minute walk. Guardamar beach is a 12-minute drive away.

There are bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, pharmacies and plenty of restaurants in the village.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
