This villa is located in San Fulgencio (Oasis / La Marina) a short distance from the beaches of the Costa Blanca. There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms, ideal for two families who want to be together and still have their own living area and entrance or one large family max. (8) people
Don't feel like going to the beach?
Then there is a lovely salt water (better for the skin) private swimming pool of 50m2. The villa is fully air-conditioned (hot/cold) and has shutters all around. There is Dutch television and the kitchen is also well equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, combination oven, microwave, two refrigerators with freezer compartments, a washing machine and dryer. There is also wireless internet in the house.
Note: For reasons of tranquility, this house is only rented to families.
Want to explore the area?
Be sure to visit the El Hondo nature reserve (12 km) with special native fauna and flora. A large number of walking routes have been set out from the information center in El Hondo.
You can rest from this walk during lunch in Elche (18 km), a truly Spanish city, known for its palm trees and delicious and affordable tapas. A visit to Elche is not complete without a visit to the largest palm park in Spain and one of the many shoe shops in the city.
A day at the beach is also possible. The beautiful sandy beach of La Marina (6 km) is called the most beautiful beach on the Costa Blanca. You can play golf on the 18-hole golf course of La Marquesa in Rojales.
Everyone can find something to their liking in the area: the beach, the dunes, the mountains, markets, large and small towns and villages, sports facilities. There is a market in La Marina on Thursdays and Sundays, all other days there is a market in a nearby town or village. Ask the tourist office about fiestas in the region: there is always something to celebrate somewhere in Spain!
