In case of cancellation, the tenant pays a compensation to the landlord. This
amounts to:
In case of cancellation more than three months before the date of arrival, the
cancellation fee 25% of the agreed price;
In case of cancellation within 3 to 2 months before the date of arrival, the
cancellation fee 50% of the agreed price;
In case of cancellation within 2 to 1 month before the date of arrival, the
cancellation fee 75% of the agreed price;
In case of cancellation within 1 month before the date of arrival, the
cancellation costs 90% of the agreed price;
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, the cancellation fee is 100%
of the agreed price.

The fee will be refunded proportionately, after deduction of
administrative costs, if the place is taken up by a third party on the recommendation of the
tenant and with the written consent of the owner, the
reserved for the same period or part thereof.

Normal consumption of electricity is included. For a consumption above 125 kWh per week, € 0.45 per kWh will be deducted from the deposit
