This double layout (separately lockable) gives you a lot of privacy when you come to enjoy your holiday with friends or family

The televisions in both living rooms have all TV channels and there is WiFi.
You can also enjoy sunny terraces around the house.
You can cool off in the cozy communal swimming pool.
All amenities such as bars, restaurants, supermarket (including a Dutch supermarket) are within walking distance
The La Marquesa golf course and the spectacular Aqua Park Rojales are a short distance away.
The wonderful sandy beaches of La Marina and Guardamar del Segura are 15 minutes away by car.
Torrevieja is approximately a 20-minute drive from my home, where you can enjoy the boulevard, the harbor and the Habaneras shopping center.
