Casa Milagro

My spacious corner house (model maite) is quietly located in the Urbanization Benimar II in Rojales. 
My home is very attractive and brightly decorated and offers every comfort and convenience.
On the living floor there is an open kitchen with a spacious L-shaped living/dining room, from the living room you reach a lovely south-facing terrace through the sliding doors. There is also a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a guest toilet.
Downstairs there is a fully independent apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, 2 spacious bedrooms, a baby room with baby bed and 1-pers. bed, a bathroom and a laundry room.
This double layout (lockable separately) gives you a lot of privacy when you come to enjoy your holiday with friends or family.
All rooms have their own air conditioning.
The televisions in both living rooms have all TV channels and there is wifi. 
Around and around the house you can also enjoy sunny terraces.
You can cool off in the cozy communal swimming pool.
All amenities such as bars, restaurants, supermarket (including a Dutch supermarket) are within walking distance
La Marquesa golf course and the spectacular Aqua Park Rojales are just a short distance away.
The lovely sandy beaches of La Marina and Guardamar del Segura are 15 minutes away by car.
Torrevieja is about a 20-minute drive from my house, where you can enjoy the boulevard, the harbor, and the Habaneras shopping center.
