Our luxury apartment is located on the first floor and has two bedrooms , one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds.

The apartment is therefore suitable for a maximum of 4 people.

Two bathrooms , one with shower and one with bath, both with toilet, bidet and sink.
The main bedroom also has a balcony.

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, full size fridge, microwave, hob, toaster, and all necessary utensils such as pans and cutlery. Adjacent to the kitchen is a room with washing machine and water heater.

The complex has 2 swimming pools and a large roof terrace with beautiful views and a cozy corridor / courtyard.

Diagonally across the street is a large supermarket and behind the complex are paddle and tennis courts . There is also a large public swimming pool in the village. Opposite the complex is a square with boules courts and a children's playground.

The village is half an hour's drive south of Alicante (about 35 kilometers from the airport) and about 10 minutes from the beautiful "blue flag" sandy beach of Guardamar del Segura. There are also many other beautiful beaches to discover in the area.
About 1 km from Rojales, where many restaurants and entertainment venues can be found.

Rental cars are available from the airport at very competitive rates. A must to fully enjoy the area. Ask us about the possibilities to make (online) reservations.

Also nice and nearby are: Alicante , the large seaside resort of Torrevieja , the palm city of Elche , Almoradi with a nice market on Saturday and mega shopping center La Zenia Boulevard.

In the village itself there are several bars where you can also have a bite to eat, the supermarket is also within walking distance and you will find the basic facilities here. Markets can be found daily in the area.
