Beautiful modern new-build villa (6 people) with a spacious sun-drenched terrace with large swimming pool (7x3m) at the rear. The sunbeds, the spacious lounge area and the outdoor shower will make your stay comfortable.
There is plenty of space to park cars. Both in front of the house and in the driveway.
Upon entering you will find a spacious living room, with a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster, etc.). From the living room, the terrace and the pool are accessible through a sliding door.
On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. From the living room you can reach the garage, where a washing machine and an ironing board are at your disposal.
On the first floor there is a third double bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet. This bedroom has a large balcony, where you can enjoy the evening sun.
The entire house is equipped with air conditioning and all windows have electrically operated shutters.
At 200 meters from the villa there are sports facilities (padel, tennis, squash, crossfit) and you can walk to the cozy terraces of the village of Dolores in 10 minutes. Within fifteen minutes you are on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca. The property is only 30 minutes from Alicante airport.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If you , as a renter, wish to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant.

In case of cancellation, the tenant pays a fee to the landlord. This
amounts to:
In case of cancellation more than three months before the arrival date, the
cancellation fee 25% of the agreed price;

In case of cancellation within 3 to 2 months before the arrival date, the
cancellation fee 50% of the agreed price;

In case of cancellation within 2 to 1 month before the arrival date, the
cancellation fee 75% of the agreed price;

In case of cancellation within 1 month before the arrival date, the
cancellation fee 90% of the agreed price;

If cancelled on the day of arrival, the cancellation fee is 100%
of the agreed price.

The compensation will be refunded proportionally, after deduction of
administrative costs, if the place is sold by a third party on the recommendation of the
tenant and with the written consent of the owner,
reserved for the same period or part thereof.
