Behind the house there is the garden, with parking for the car.

The beach of la zenia is a beautiful child friendly beach. It gradually gets deeper as you can see in this photo. Very relaxed with small children.
La Zenia Boulevard shopping center, you can certainly spend an entire day here! 1 km from the house, opened on September 26, 2012.

This is a wonderfully spacious terrace, especially if you are with more people.

The sunny solarium has a spacious tollo so you can always create a wonderful spot in or out of the sun.
When the sun goes down you can still enjoy it with beautiful skies.

Yes!! this is the front view of the Casa. Downstairs the living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, terrace and swimming pool, with a very large terrace and outdoor kitchen upstairs.
You are always happy when you see this windmill on the boulevard of SP del Pinatar. And if you look closely you will see that a walking route also runs along there.

This luxury coffee machine can make all types of coffee. The coffee pads have a barcode so the machine knows exactly how to make the best coffee.
Enjoy the terrace. Or just play a game.

The car can be safely parked in the parking garage under the apartment. A closed storage room is available for the beach or golf gear. This parking lot is near the lift.
