There is a large communal garden around the complex that is perfectly maintained daily by the gardener. The complex has 1 large swimming pool with showers and a special pool for children.
There are beds all around for those who use the swimming pool, and shaded areas can be found under the palm trees.
The apartment complex has a small fitness room with jacuzzi and sauna.
The apartment is only a 40 minute drive from Alicante airport and strategically positioned between the long sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca. Villamartín Golf is 2.3 km from Apartment. The nearest supermarket is 800 meters away.
