The spacious apartment has a lovely terrace of approx. 21 m², perfect for a breakfast in the sun or a relaxing evening. 🌴☀️ In addition, you can use the communal swimming pool and gym. You can park your car safely and easily in the private parking space in the closed parking garage under the complex. Everything for a carefree and wonderful holiday! 🇪🇸

After many years of enjoying the Spanish atmosphere, the wonderful climate and the beautiful surroundings, we have decided to purchase an apartment on the Orihuela Costa, on the Costa Blanca South. A place where we feel at home and that we like to share with others.
Why here? Because this area offers everything for a wonderful holiday. With an average of 300 days of sunshine a year, there is a good chance that you will be able to fully enjoy the outdoors here. The pleasant climate is also positively influenced by the nearby salt lakes, which makes the area not only particularly beautiful, but also known for its favorable climate.
For shopping enthusiasts, there is the large open-air shopping centre Zenia Boulevard, one of the largest shopping centres in the area. Here you will find numerous shops, restaurants and cosy terraces – perfect for a relaxing day of shopping or eating out.
And of course there are the beaches! Along the coast you will find plenty of beautiful sandy beaches and small, atmospheric bays where you can swim, sunbathe or just enjoy the Spanish coast. In the many surrounding towns you will also find a huge choice of restaurants, tapas bars, terraces and other cozy restaurants. From a relaxed lunch by the sea to a sumptuous dinner at sunset, there's something for everyone.
Orihuela Costa is also a fantastic destination for golf enthusiasts. There are several beautiful golf courses in the area, so you can combine a sunny holiday with a few rounds of golf.
