Casa Juanne is a beautiful villa with guest apartment on the Costa Blanca, 35 km from Alicante (airport). The villa is suitable for 6 people with 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed in the living room and one bathroom.
The guesthouse with its own entrance is suitable for max. 4 people and has 1 bedroom, 1 sofa bed and 1 bathroom. (It can not be rented separately)
Via satellite TV flanders can be received. Wireless Internet (WiFi) is available and the whole house has air conditioning.
Our house is situated in an enclosed area of ??2000 m², of which 1000 m² at your beschikkng stand. The third house on the property is permanently inhabited by an oldder woman wiht a little dog. 8 x 4 m pool with outdoor shower. The large outdoor kitchen (120 m²) with terrace, equipped with sun loungers and a lounge room is a beautiful garden with flowers and palms. On top of the house is a solarium available. The villa is situated in a residential area, near the Salinas (fresh & salt lakes) and 12 kilometers from the town of Torrevieja.
Beach is 9 km. In the village there are several pubs, restaurants as well as supermarkets, a petrol station and a medical center.
In the immediate vicinity are several nice cities, amusement parks, water parks and golf courses. Small pets are allowed (on request).
