We have bought an apartment in Aire Residencial in Orihuela (Villamartin) close to all amenities and would like to rent it out throughout the year and during the period that we do not see it. Explanation of prices

Cancellation policy :
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

- In case of cancellation up to 3 months before arrival date: cancellation costs: free of charge
- In case of cancellation from 3 months to 2 months before arrival date: cancellation costs: 25% of the rental price
- In case of cancellation from 2 months to 1 month before arrival date: cancellation costs: 45% of the rental price
- In case of cancellation from 1 month to 14 days before arrival date: cancellation costs: 80% of the rental price
- If canceled within 14 days of arrival date: cancellation costs: 100%.

The deposit of €250 must be paid on site. The cleaning costs (€ 125) will be deducted from the paid deposit after the stay. If everything is in order, you will receive a refund of €250 - €125 = €125.
