This luxury apartment is located on the first floor of the popular Flamenca Village resort. It is located right in the heart of the tourist center of the Costa Blanca. You will find everything within walking distance so a car is not necessary. If you have a car, you can park it in the secure underground parking garage.
Just 600 meters away you can find the beautiful sandy beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia. The popular shopping centre La Zenia Boulevard is also only 700 metres away. In the immediate vicinity there is an abundance of cozy restaurants & cafes. If you like a market, you can indulge yourself on Saturdays in the street market of Playa Flamenca, which is only 400 meters away. If you come to play golf, the nearest golf course Villamartin Golf is about 4 kilometers away.
Flamenca Village resort offers many luxurious communal facilities including a large swimming pool with bar, large heated pool, children's pools, playground, jacuzzi, gym & wellness. Of course, in addition to the attractive gardens, there are also sunbathing areas.
The apartment has an attractively furnished living room with lots of daylight through the large windows. The apartment is oriented to the south so that you can enjoy the sun all year round, in the house but also on the spacious balcony of approx. 20 m². On this balcony you have a view of one of the communal swimming pools and the beautifully landscaped gardens of Flamenca Village resort.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, senseo, toaster and other appliances. If you want to cook yourself, that's no problem at all.
The house offers 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds (90 x 200). These can be placed next to each other if desired. The two bathrooms have a toilet, washbasin and shower.
The house can be cooled and heated by means of an integrated air conditioning (hot & cold). The bathroom has underfloor heating in case it is cold. The house has very fast Wi-Fi and TV where you can receive all international channels. The apartment and the underground parking garage can be reached by elevator and/or stairs.

Pets are not allowed in this holiday apartment. In addition, smoking is not allowed inside.
Key handover
The key transfer is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the first day of stay from 16:00. On the day of departure, you normally leave the house before 11:00 am. In consultation with the manager, other times are possible. Upon your arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They will welcome you and hand over the keys with you personally and give you some useful tips about the surrounding area. They are also the point of contact during your stay.
