Sun all day in the garden, where you can relax in the lounge or by the pool.
Barbecue in the garden, or have a delicious breakfast at the dining table outside.
There is also a small bar and a spacious standing table, where you can enjoy an aperitif together.
There is an international supermarket 50 meters from the house where you can get a fresh baguette every morning. There are also several bars, terraces and cafeterias there.
A larger center is 400 meters away, with supermarket, information office, doctors, police, restaurants, shops, etc.
La Marina, one of the largest residential complexes in Spain, only 25 km. From Alicante airport, and 4 km. Of the most beautiful natural beaches with forest and dunes. Area with salt lakes and many flamingos.
Beautiful area for cycling and walking.
La Marina, very centrally located, between the cities of Alicante, Elche, Torrevieja and many typical Spanish villages, where you will find very nice affordable Spanish restaurants.
It is also possible to rent a car from us.
All in all, we live here in a beautiful environment with a micro climate and the best average temperatures in Europe.
Winter months are very mild here.
