Welcome to La Casa Kuup, our luxurious and attractively furnished apartment in the beautiful Orihuela Costa on the Costa Blanca. Here you can enjoy comfort, tranquility and the wonderful Spanish climate.
Whether you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday, an active golf holiday, a family holiday or a nice place to spend the winter: our apartment offers everything for a carefree stay.
The apartment is located on the first floor and has a spacious balcony of no less than 30 m² overlooking the communal swimming pool. Here you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun, enjoy a good glass of wine or completely unwind on the comfortable lounge set. The balcony is furnished with a dining table with six chairs and a luxurious lounge set.
Inside you will find a stylish living room, a fully fitted modern kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms and two luxuriously finished bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned, so that it stays pleasantly cool even during hot summer days. The living room and both bedrooms also have electric shutters, which provide extra comfort, privacy and a good night's sleep.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner yourself. Furthermore, the apartment has free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, an iron, a hair dryer, bed linen, towels, a comfortable dining area and a spacious seating area with sofa bed.
For families with young children there is a cot available.
The apartment also includes a private parking space in the closed parking garage. This way you can park your car safely, coolly and close to the apartment.
The modern apartment complex has a large communal swimming pool with showers and a separate children's pool. In addition, a gym and wellness area are currently being realized, making the stay even more complete in the future.
Thanks to its comfortable interior, the complete furnishings and the pleasant climate, La Casa Kuup is also very suitable for a longer stay or to spend the winter. While it is cold and rainy in the Netherlands, you can enjoy mild temperatures, sunny days and the relaxed Spanish outdoors on the Costa Blanca. Thanks to the air conditioning, which can also heat, the fast Wi-Fi, the washing machine and the fully equipped kitchen, you will feel completely at home here even during a stay of several weeks or months.
The location is ideal. From Alicante airport you can reach the apartment in about 40 minutes by car. Just 500 meters away is a large supermarket for your daily shopping. In addition, several beautiful sandy beaches, cozy restaurants, shops, boulevards and golf courses are a short distance away. La Casa Kuup is therefore the perfect base to discover all that Orihuela Costa and the Costa Blanca have to offer.
We bought La Casa Kuup to enjoy this beautiful environment several times a year. In the periods that we are not there, we are happy to make our apartment available, so that you too can experience how wonderful it is to stay under the Spanish sun.
