Villa Moravia

Villa Moravia is a beautiful villa built on a plot of 850m2. The house consists of two floors and can accommodate 6 people. The villa is located in a very quiet area with views over the valley. It is located on the border Moraira - Benissa. Baladrar beach is 800 meters away and the supermarket is 1.2 km away.
The villa consists of two separate living areas, each of which can accommodate two to four people. The apartment for two people has a living room, open kitchen, bedroom (double bed 160X200) and a bathroom. Above this is the house, which is suitable for four people, with a living room with fireplace and open kitchen, two bedrooms (both with double beds 160X200) and two bathrooms. Both areas have access to the heated swimming pool (8 by 4) with an outdoor shower, 6 sun loungers, an Ibiza seating area and another seat. There are several terraces around the house, so you can always choose whether you want to sit in the sun or shade. You will find the BBQ on the terrace next to the house. The villa is equipped with a satellite 50-inch smart TV including Dutch channels, fiber optic internet and WiFi. The house has full air conditioning, but also central heating. You can also use our golf sets and tennis rackets and there are games and (inflatable) toys for the swimming pool. A baby cot and high chair are also available.

There is no fence and no alarm system in the pool. Presence at and in the swimming pool is at the tenant's own risk.
