The upstairs apartment will then remain closed,

Your privacy is guaranteed.
The rates apply to the option of only the ground floor,
for max. 6 pers.

The Villa Medina is a great villa to enjoy your holiday with the whole family or friends.
The fact that the huge house, has 2 floors with a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 3 complete kitchens is just ideal.
The houses are completely separated from each other and both have their own entrance.
You actually have 2 complete houses in 1 !
You can be together, but at the same time you don't have to sit "on each other's laps" all day.
The large terraces of each house offer you the opportunity to be on your own for a while.
There is nothing better than an early morning cup of coffee on your own terrace and enjoying the peace and quiet ;-)
The Villa Medina has been completely renovated, everything is new !
New bathrooms, new floors, new doors and windows, new kitchens, you name it.
All with good quality and beautiful materials.
In front of the villa is the beautiful swimming pool with a large terrace around it and nice sun beds of course.
Right next to the pool is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, this outdoor shower is built in such a way that you can shower privately under the open sky.
Next to the pool is the very complete outdoor kitchen and the BBQ.
This is fully equipped for 12 people and includes a large refrigerator, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, crockery etc. etc.
The place to be together together.
Here you can enjoy a cozy bbq evening until the late hours, or just have lunch together, everything at hand to cook or just enjoy a drink and a snack, you will lack nothing here.
I can also tell you that you can park your car on the private enclosed area, there is room for 3 cars.
We are very happy that we can now inform you that after a few years of hard work, we have completely completed all construction work.
The result has become a beautiful villa, we sincerely hope that you will be as happy with it as we are and that you will enjoy it to the fullest.
