Beautiful sea view villa with private pool!

 Newly renovated villa with spacious living room with lots of light, open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Every room is equipped with new air conditioning units.
Outside there is a large covered terrace with a cozy sitting area and spacious breakfast table.

The swimming pool is 11mx3.5m and has a spacious sundeck. Quiet area. There is minimal insight into the surrounding houses.

There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as an extra fridge.
There is a sea view and from the terrace and the master bedroom you also have a view of the Ifach.
The villa is a 10-minute drive from the beach and the many shops.

There is ample parking with gates that can be closed.

From the back of Villa Salvia, the terrace is still in its old state, but has now been renovated into an Ibiza-style large terrace with a plastered bench.

You can also go downstairs from the carport and reach the outdoor kitchen and swimming pool.
The authentic wood-fired pizza oven is multifunctional. You can also make delicious prawns, paella or other dishes in it.
