The swimming pool. The safety fence can be removed if desired. There is an outdoor shower, sunbeds, various umbrellas and side tables.

The living room downstairs. The television has various streaming services that can be used. There is a fireplace for wood, but also an AC in the kitchen that also cools / heats the living room.
Kitchen, with Nespresso machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, extractor hood, American fridge and freezer, and all necessary crockery and kitchen utensils. 4 chairs and a high chair. Microwave in utility room
Living room upstairs (loft). Here is also a closet full of games, puzzles and toys for children of different ages!
Bedroom 1. Bed 160 x 200 (Emma mattress). This is the Master bedroom, with en suite bathroom. Spacious wardrobes for clothes and linen (lying and hanging cupboard). Air conditioning.
Desk in Bedroom 1 and view through to the bathroom. French doors to the garden.

The pool from above. It is spacious, 4.66 x 10.07. The deck with solar panels is not in the picture, so the pool can also be used longer in the early and late season (water stays much warmer!).

A lot of care has been taken to renovate our swimming pool in March 2022. For example, we tried to convey the sand colors of the beach and the azure blue sea colors.

Villa Salvia, the authentic Spanish villa is spacious and the garden offers a lot of privacy. The front terrace has recently been renovated.

The naja (outdoor room) with balcony. You can sit here all year round because the naja is lockable. Above the balcony is an awning and from the naja is a staircase to the terrace and pool.
Through French doors on the ground floor you reach the larger terrace with lounge sofa and beautiful views of the valley and the swimming pool.
Under the pergola, in front of the outdoor kitchen, it is lovely in the shade when the sun is at its warmest. In the evening you can also dine under the thatched pergola with cozy lighting.
Ready for a romantic dinner with a glass of delicious Spanish cava on the terrace in front of the outdoor kitchen, at the edge of the pool. The garden is also pleasantly lit in the evening.

In the evening, the garden is pleasantly lit. The outdoor kitchen with pergola is also a wonderful place to end the day in the evening.

The authentic wood-fired pizza oven is multifunctional. You can also make delicious prawns, paella or other dishes in it.

The large garden around the house has several seating areas and is full of beautiful tropical plants and flowers. On the shady side, a large terrace for lounging, yoga or workouts.
From the carport you can also go downstairs and you can reach the outdoor kitchen and swimming pool. You can actually walk around the whole house through the garden.
Villa Salvia is a wonderful place to spend your holiday with everything nearby, sun, sea, beach and charming villages, including the nearby Moraira. From the terrace you have a view of the valley that connects Benissa and Moraira.
