Villa Bona Vista

Sometimes you find an unexpected gem. Our villa Bona Vista certainly is. During 2018 and 2019, this villa was completely renovated under architecture. Only the shape and some walls have survived. As a result, we were able to make all the wishes we had come true. solar panels have now been installed in 2023 for sustainable energy generation.

A short description of the house

From the driveway you walk through a terrace to the entrance of the villa on the third and top floor. Here you enter a spacious hall with wardrobe and separate access to a spacious roof terrace, on which the jacuzzi is placed. The master bedroom is also located on this floor with its own walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. An extra large bed (1.80 x 2.10 meters) ensures a good night's sleep.

Via the wide staircase in the indoor staircase you reach the middle floor where there is again a spacious hall with access to the separate guest toilet and the possibility to go through an extra access door to the palm garden, of which one staircase leads to the pool terrace. From this hall you reach the living room with open kitchen and open dining room.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a large convection oven, separate microwave, American fridge-freezer combination with ice maker and cold water tap, and an induction hob.

The dining table is custom made and sawn in one piece from a tree trunk. Incidentally, the coffee table is visibly sawn from the same tree trunk and therefore matching.

Several sitting areas with large private windows and therefore a beautiful view. The two 3-person sofas, armchairs and fireplace bench by the modern gas fireplace provide more than enough seating space. A 4 meter wide sliding door gives access to the covered Naya directly off the sitting room. A large table (3.30 meters) with chairs has been placed here. Via the Naya you can pass the house and an outside staircase to the swimming pool on the ground floor.

On the middle floor are two bedrooms with 2 single beds (1.60 X 2.00 meters), one of which has a sea view. Both with a spacious en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes.

You can go to the ground floor via the indoor staircase, where you will find access to the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer directly at the bottom of the stairs. You will also find the 2 spacious bedrooms on this floor, both with sea views and an en-suite bathroom and a private walk-in closet. Both rooms have an extra wide and long bed (1.80 X 2.10 meters). A huge sliding door with great visibility in both bedrooms gives access to a covered veranda and the pool terrace. Straight from your bedroom into the pool.

Of course, all 5 spacious bedrooms, the ensuite bathrooms and the living room and kitchen have air conditioning for the summer days and nights, but also underfloor heating for the cooler period in the early and late season.
There is also a modern gas fireplace where you can enjoy the warmth and cosiness of a real fire with a nice glass of wine.

There is a beautiful sea view from the spacious roof terrace (65+ m2), the covered naya and the very spacious terrace (160 m2) by the heated and covered private swimming pool. Due to the enormous windows, this view can be admired at every location in and around the house.

From the jacuzzi on the roof terrace you can look at the sea, Moraira and the Ifach of Calpe. There is no more luxurious bubbling.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a large convection oven, separate microwave, American fridge-freezer combination with ice maker and cold water tap, and an induction hob.

The bedrooms are equipped with modern box-spring beds of Dutch manufacture, three of which are 2.10 meters long, and all have an en-suite bathroom with toilet, shower and sink.

Several cars find their place on the private enclosed grounds and around the house. The terraces around the house and the pool are spacious and provide various shade options at all times of the day. There is a mature garden with beautiful native plants and palm trees under which it is wonderful to relax.

The luxurious and large BBQ at the pool terrace and the spacious dining table (3.50 meters) provide the opportunity to cook and eat outside. Holiday freedom at its best.
