Welcome to Villa Maeva, a luxury Ibiza-style villa between Dénia and Jávea. Enjoy privacy, beautiful views and the Spanish outdoors with six people. Thanks to air conditioning and heating, it is wonderful here in summer and winter. The private pool is also heated.


The villa is completely and luxuriously furnished and has good wifi. Outside, a beautiful, architecturally landscaped garden awaits. The property is fenced and offers private parking. Beaches, restaurants and shops are close by.


The space

The villa has a large, bright living room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. There are three comfortable bedrooms with spacious storage wardrobes and two modern, generous bathrooms. Everything is complete and luxuriously furnished, so that you will lack nothing during your stay.

Let me introduce myself

Hi, I'm Saskia.

Together with my husband and our four children, I live in the cozy town of Oudewater.

In addition to my family, I have my own company. With great enthusiasm I am committed to making companies and schools greener, more attractive and more pleasant.

In my spare time, we like to get on a plane to Spain. We fully enjoy our Spanish house in Pedreguer, on the beautiful Costa Blanca.

It is therefore with great pleasure that we are happy to share this special place with others.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
