Private domain with luxury villa and panoramic view

Very spacious holiday villa on 10,000 m² of private land with breathtaking panoramic views over Moraira and surroundings. This spacious villa for 8 people was recently equipped with all modern comforts. Much of the grounds have been laid out as a garden and the large spectacular swimming pool is adjacent to spacious terraces on the upper floor level of the house, where you can enjoy unobstructed views over the vast grape fields, Moraira village and the coast of the Costa Blanca.

The pool is equipped with an automatic cover system with solar slats (which heats up the water by an additional 5 degrees). Optionally, you can also opt for electric pool heating (to be paid).

On the same level is the living room with large dining table, an open kitchen, a TV corner with fireplace and a separate guest toilet. This lovely space is completely open plan and has sliding glass windows to the covered terraces. The open kitchen is equipped with every luxury with, among other things. an induction hob, LG American refrigerator, Miele dishwasher, Bosch oven & microwave and adjacent to an outdoor kitchen with a built-in electronic grill plate and fryer. This part of the covered terrace offers  table space for many convivial meals.

On the same floor is also the 1 large bedroom en suite with a king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm), dressing room, large bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. 
The ground floor can be reached via the staircase, where the other three bedrooms are located. Each room has access through sliding windows to the terraces on the lower floor. 

All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The 2nd bedroom en suite has a king-size bed, a separate sitting area, a dressing room, large bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and toilet.

The 3 bedroom also has a king-size bed, a dressing room and separate bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. 

The 4 bedroom can be made up with 2 twin beds or one King-size bed. This room is slightly more compact, but does not lack all the comforts with built-in wardrobes and a separate bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.

There is also a nice gym and handy laundry room with washing machine, drying rack and iron.   

There is an outdoor shower by the pool and the terraces are surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden, which encloses the villa on the side and back. On a higher part, a natural petanque area was created. The villa has parking space on two levels where several cars can easily be parked. The driveway is closed via an electric entrance gate.

This mini resort is an oasis of peace just 6 km from bustling Moraira.
