The bungalow is located in one of the most popular coastal towns of the Costa Brava, in a quiet and very well-kept communidad known for its relaxed atmosphere.

The house has two bedrooms and a bathroom and is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. Just a few meters away is the beautiful communal swimming pool — without a doubt one of the most beautiful in the area.

The location is ideal: close to supermarkets, cozy tapas bars and the most beautiful coves and beaches of the Costa Brava. In addition, the bungalow is about an hour's drive from the airports of Alicante and Valencia, which makes its accessibility very comfortable.

We are true lovers of the Costa Blanca and have found our dream place here. In one of the most beautiful coastal villages, we enjoy our bungalow in a quiet communidad, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. The joint highlight is without a doubt the beautiful swimming pool — perhaps the most beautiful in the whole area. A place where we relax and like to share with our guests.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
